Orders and shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 5pm Tuesday through Friday typically ship the same day. During sale events and holidays, processing can take up to 3 business days. Orders placed after 6pm Friday through Monday may be delayed 1-2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
UPS orders in the USA arrive within 1-5 business days. UPS SurePost / Mail Innovations hands off to USPS and arrives within 15 business days. International orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks on the economy option, or 2-6 days via UPS.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, and we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product imagery or explicit branding on the outside.
What will show up on my statement?
Your credit card or bank statement will show DUALCITY REV. That is the only description that will appear.
Returns and support
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products with a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 90 days. All returns are for replacement or store credit only. Full details are on the shipping and return policy page.
My product arrived defective. What now?
Email [email protected] with your order number within 90 days of purchase and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Do I need an RMA to return something?
Yes. We cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Email support with your order number to start one.

Products and testing
Are your CBD products lab tested?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis from an accredited lab are published on the lab results page, including BOOF CBD Ass Melts, Grunt Cum CBD, and Grunt Grease CBD Warming.
Can THC products ship internationally?
No. THC-containing products cannot be shipped internationally due to legal restrictions.
Do you offer medical advice on product use?
No. GruntHQ is not a medical organization and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read all warnings, instructions, and label guidance, and use your independent judgment.
Account and privacy
Can I browse without creating an account?
Yes. Product discovery, support content, and checkout are all available without an account, though an account makes order history and reorders easier.
How do I opt out of marketing email?
