GruntHQ is owned and operated by DUAL CITY REVENUE, LLC. DUAL CITY REVENUE, LLC is the merchandise seller and intended billing entity. Registered business address: 1200 West Ave. Apt. PH12, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.

These terms govern use of this storefront, accounts, carts, checkout, product information, orders and related support services. Use the service only if you accept these terms. They do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Adults and lawful access

This storefront is intended for adults aged 21 or older, or the age of majority where they are located if higher. Do not access or purchase adult products if you are under that age or if doing so is unlawful where you are located. Any age acknowledgement is a visitor statement and does not independently verify identity or age.

Accounts, carts and orders

Provide accurate account, contact, billing and shipping information and keep sign-in credentials confidential. Guest checkout may be available. A cart, product page, shipping estimate or order review is not an accepted order until the storefront confirms the transaction.

We may decline, cancel or hold an order when necessary because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, legal requirements or other operational concerns. If a completed payment must be reversed, the applicable payment and refund process will be used.

Products, pricing and checkout

Shipping, returns and store credit

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the storefront for lawful personal shopping and browsing. Product photographs, descriptions, branding, site design and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not scrape restricted data, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts, impersonate another person or use the storefront for unlawful activity.

Prohibited content and conduct

Illegal and inappropriate content is prohibited on this website and in connection with its services. This rule applies to all material displayed, supplied, distributed, linked to, or otherwise used through the website, regardless of its source, and does not authorize visitors to upload or publish content.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation: underage sexual content or sexual exploitation of anyone under 18; non-consensual sexual activities; incest; bestiality; sexual violence; and sexual content involving intoxication, including persons impaired by alcohol or drugs, unconscious persons, or anyone unable to give informed and voluntary consent.

You must not use the website, accounts, products, transactions, or communications to promote, facilitate, solicit, or profit from human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation, or any other illegal activity. A fictional description, title, or disclaimer does not create an exception to these prohibitions.

We may remove or restrict prohibited material and suspend or terminate access in response to violations. Report suspected violations through the website's published contact or support channel. Include the relevant page URL and a description of the concern; do not send or redistribute suspected unlawful imagery.

Complaints, removal and account restrictions

Use Support for account, order or technical issues and for concerns involving consent, age, privacy, intellectual property, unlawful material or other rights. A person reporting a content concern does not need an account or purchase.

We may remove material, restrict access, suspend an account or take other reasonable action to address misuse, security concerns, rights disputes, fraud or legal obligations. Availability and changes

The storefront, catalogue and available features may change, and maintenance or technical faults may interrupt service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
