Privacy Policy

Who operates this service
DUAL CITY REVENUE, LLC owns and operates GruntHQ and is responsible for personal information used to operate this storefront. Its registered business address is 1200 West Ave. Apt. PH12, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. This notice covers the site's current account, catalogue, cart, checkout, order and support features.
Information you provide
Account registration and sign-in may use your email address, password, verification or recovery information and account identifiers. Profile information may include names, display information, language or communication preferences.
Cart and checkout features use the products, variants and quantities you select. Shipping and order processing use the contact and address information required to quote, place and fulfill an order. Where payment is available, card details are submitted through the configured payment processor's secure tokenization flow; the storefront uses payment tokens, transaction references and payment status rather than intentionally storing full card numbers in the normal checkout flow.
If you contact us, the request includes information you choose to provide, such as your reply address, affected order, page or account, a description of the issue and supporting details. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or complete card numbers in a general support request.
Technical and access information
The service processes session identifiers, cart credentials and operational or security records to keep accounts signed in, maintain carts, process orders and investigate faults or misuse. Requests to the site and hosting infrastructure involve network information such as IP addresses, browser information and requested resources.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, verify and recover accounts, maintain carts, calculate order information, process and fulfill purchases, provide customer service, prevent fraud, protect the service and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Verification, order and recovery messages are service communications. Optional marketing or promotional messages are controlled separately where offered.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in may use a first-party session cookie. Cart features may use separate browser credentials or storage to associate a cart with a visitor. Age acknowledgement and privacy choices may use browser storage tied to this site and the applicable policy revision.
Blocking cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, cart continuity or checkout, or may cause age or privacy prompts to appear again.
Service providers and other disclosures
The service uses infrastructure and service providers to support authentication, hosting, transactional email, analytics, payments, order processing and fulfillment. Current platform services include Supabase for authentication and database services, DigitalOcean for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and self-hosted Umami analytics when permitted. When payment is configured, payment information is processed through the configured payment provider. Order information may be shared with suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers and other providers as necessary to complete the purchase.
Information may also be disclosed to comply with a binding legal requirement or to address fraud, security incidents, rights claims, chargebacks or safety concerns. This notice does not represent that a particular payment processor has approved every storefront feature or that payment processing is always available.
Retention and security
Account, cart, order, payment-reference, support and operational records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet business and audit requirements, resolve disputes and support security or legal obligations. Backup copies may contain records that are no longer active in the application.
The service uses HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse through Support.
Your choices and requests
You can use available account controls and sign out when supported. To request access, correction, deletion or other rights applicable to your information, use Support or send business correspondence to DUAL CITY REVENUE, LLC at the address above.
Requests may require a proportionate identity check, and legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction-retention obligations can affect what may be deleted. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, appeal a refusal or complain to a data-protection authority.
Adults, location and changes
The storefront is intended for adults. Do not create an account or place an order for a minor. Providers may process information in locations different from yours. The date above identifies this notice; material service changes may require an update to this privacy information.
Optional services and your choices
Optional analytics and marketing stay off until you choose them. Marketing permission alone does not enable analytics. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics and marketing off. Use Privacy settings to change or withdraw your choices at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional activity; it does not undo information already sent.
With analytics permission, our self-hosted Umami service receives allowed page categories, interactions and campaign or conversion facts. Analytics payloads exclude form contents, email addresses, page titles, raw URLs and visitor IP addresses. We do not fingerprint visitors or reconstruct missing attribution. A random browser-session identifier is used only after analytics permission.
Functional-content permission allows configured external forms or media to load. Their providers receive network information and any information you deliberately submit, under their own privacy policies. Rejecting optional services does not prevent normal page browsing. Necessary browser storage supports requested features, security and privacy choices.
External forms are provided by HighLevel. See its privacy policy.
Privacy choices and consent evidence are retained for up to 183 days. Umami analytics are retained for 30 days, with daily deletion. Campaign attribution looks back 30 days. These are configured defaults, not universal legal limits. Existing orders and frozen order-attribution records remain under applicable business and audit retention rules. Encrypted backup copies expire under the backup retention schedule.
For questions about Stackmodo's processing or a privacy request, email [email protected]. This section describes the current optional services; the site's other published policies continue to apply.
