Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

This Policy explains how GruntHQ prevents, identifies and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity and sexual exploitation. These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited.

This Policy applies to customers, account holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers and other parties using or supporting the storefront, regardless of location. It operates alongside the Terms of Use, Complaints policy and other published site policies.

Zero-Tolerance Commitment

The storefront maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from exploitation.

Prohibited Conduct

No person may use the storefront, product listings, accounts, transactions, communications or supplier relationships to advertise, facilitate, fund, conceal or profit from trafficking, coercion, forced sexual activity or exploitation. Content involving minors, non-consensual activity or unlawful exploitation is prohibited.

Reporting and response

Report suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion or related unlawful content through Support or by emailing [email protected]. An account or purchase is not required to make a report. Do not send or redistribute suspected unlawful imagery.

Credible reports may result in immediate restriction or removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, preservation of relevant records, and escalation to service providers, financial partners or law-enforcement authorities when appropriate or legally required.

Cooperation and enforcement

DUAL CITY REVENUE, LLC may cooperate with lawful investigations and with payment, hosting, fulfillment or other service providers when necessary to prevent or address exploitation. Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, termination and notification to appropriate authorities or financial partners.
